Common questions

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a code to reset it.

A product match is wrong. Open the post, tap the tag, and choose a closer match, or remove the tag.

Someone is posting something harmful. Tap ⋯ on the post or profile and choose Report or Block. We review every report within 24 hours.

Delete your account

In the app, go to your profile, tap Edit profile, then Delete my account. This permanently deletes your profile, posts, comments, likes and follows. If you can't sign in, email ai@sherbetagency.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
